Today’s Results (8/4/2023)
The First Team played at home against Cranborne FC and were 3 – 0 down before Bret Lewis was wiped out by the Cranborne ‘keeper & Grady Crittall was there to finish making it 3 – 1 at half time. Milborne improved in the second half and had some great chances but Cranborne scored twice more to make the full time score 5 – 1.
It was more positive for the Reserves as a brace from Adam Sprake gave them a 2 – 1 win away to RLS FC meaning a win in their last match next week will guarantee the Yeovil League Division 1 title!
The A-Team advanced into the next round of the Division 2 KO Cup with a good win at home against Pen Mill Reserves. Nick John opened the scoring & Alfie Ferrari got another to give the A-Team a 2 – 0 lead at half time. A second half goal for Jack Blencowe & two more for Alfie Ferrari completed his hat-trick and a 5 – 1 win for Milborne A-Team!
